Delivery Schedule

Delivery charges are added to your order when you select a delivery method at the checkout.

The collect from us option allows you to place an order with us online that we can get ready for you to collect or have collected by your own courier.

Your order will be dispatched the same working day if all items are in stock and ordered before 2:00pm. This is usually delivered next working day when ‘DPD Next Day’ is selected at the checkout.

Please note DPD/Royal Mail delivery timeframes are estimates and Steelmate Automotive (UK) Ltd. are not liable for any delays.

Check our contact us page for any exception information such as public holiday periods where the delivery schedule is subject to change.

How Do I Track My Order?

To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

If you have received a tracking number from us orders can be tracked via the links below. If you have not received a tracking number or your order is still showing as processing please call our team on 01582 475677.
