SPT100 TPMS Diagnostic & Service Tool

The Steelmate SPT100 TPMS diagnostic & service tool can activate most known sensors, program Steelmate TS1 sensors to original manufacturer systems, check sensor data, perform relearning and read/clear TPMS fault codes from a vehicles OBD.

Check Sensor Function
The sensor check function allows reading of sensor ID, tyre pressure, tyre temperature, sensor battery etc.

Sensor Programming
Sensor programming can be achieved by one of four methods:

1. Auto create sensors – The tool will generate and write a random ID to the new sensor. (TPMS relearning required)
2. Copy by input – Input the original sensor ID and the tool will write the ID to the new sensor. (TPMS relearning not required)
3. Copy by activation – When replacing a sensor with low battery the tool will copy and write the original sensor ID to the new sensor. (TPMS relearning not required)
4. Copy by OBD – If the original sensor is out of battery or damaged, the tool can copy the original sensor ID from the vehicles OBD to the new sensor. (TPMS relearning not required)

Sensor Relearning
Manual relearning can be carried out by following the on-screen instructions for each vehicle. Alternatively connect the tool to the vehicles OBD and the SPT100 will write the new sensor ID to the vehicles ECU.

TPMS Diagnosis
TPMS diagnosis can be carried out using the OBD cable to link the tool to the vehicle. The SPT100 can read/clear TPMS fault codes and display sensor information from the vehicles ECU.
